"Subject To" in South Florida

Hey, folks. Looking to connect with anyone in the Miami or general South Florida area (or even Central/North Florida, as I have a property I'm interested in in that area) who has experience with Subject To. I'm really anxious to jump into some potential Sub To deals but just lack the proper firsthand knowledge.
I've been wanting to go full time into real estate for a long time. I just recently purchased a rental property in Spain and also started a successful Airbnb in Miami (Bombadil's Inn) earlier this spring through rental arbitrage. One of my favorite pass times driving around and looking for neglected gems. It's something I've enjoyed doing for years. However, I've never had a lot of personal capital to work with, so not too much has come of it (just a lot of painful missed opportunities). When I discovered the subject to option and creative financing it got me pretty excited. I'd really love to connect with anyone in the area who's acquainted with these kinds of deals.
