Finding an investment partner

Jeff Valone
Posted

How would I find an investing partner? What kind of plan should I have for that? Would I need to have a full plan for all repairs and renovations? Would I be bringing everything about the property and plans for (let’s say a flip) and essentially just asking for the money to do so?

@Jeff Valone If you do any type of partnership other than just a monetary one make sure to have an exit strategy written in to the agreement. Could save you tens of thousands in legal fees. Speaking from 2X experience. Did not learn my lesson the first time.
