Resources for FHA Loans
Hello,
I am looking to purchase my first multi-family rental via an FHA loan. I understand the basic concept of the loan but I would like to learn more about it. How do I qualify? how to start the loan application etc. Can anyone suggest an official website to learn more about FHA loans? Much appreciated.
@Irakli Khakhviashvili You can start working with your own bank. You can meet personally with MLO in your bank or can apply online on their website.

Awesome thanks much!
Awesome thanks much!@Irakli Khakhviashvili I would find a mortgage broker that understands househacking. I've had terribly bad luck with househacking clients and local banks or national banks. If you find the right loan broker than knows househacking with FHA loans you'll be in great shape! @Tim Swierczek do you know anyone in CT he should talk to?

Hey Irakli, FHA is a great starting point. Talk with local lenders about their first time home buyer programs, some have 0% down, no PMI, etc.
