is there an alternative to dscr

I would love to usa a dscr however my rental property is considered to rural in a small town in Missouri.  is there any other options? trying to remove property from personal credit to business. thanks everyone

Why do you need a no DSCR option? Are market rents low?

Going local might be a smarter move. There are plenty of hard money and DSCR options that lend in rural areas, but the LTVs are restricted.
