Do DSCR loans used on property purchased under a business name show up on personal credit? I've heard that they don't but then I've also heard that they can if you miss a payment.

 Maybe, maybe not. It depends on if the creditor pays to have it submitted to the credit agencies. But, IF you have personally guaranteed the mortgage you still have to disclose on a loan application.  The credit report is NOT what dictates what your obligations are.  Not all debts are sent to credit agency but that does not change that you have the debt.
