Due on sale clause. What to do if its call on?

I have been going thought BP and I have been struggling to find a current forum post about people dealing with due on sale clauses being called on and what others have done to avoid it happening. I understand that its always a possibility for a bank/lender to do it. Is it an issue for an LLC transferring to another LLC? I want to know what others have experienced with this and how a seasoned investor handles them. I look forward to hearing from this great community.

Hmmm, I've responded to this question 5 times in the last month. I'm surprised it didn't come up, so maybe it isn't searchable.

Thank you! I tried searching for it a bunch of different ways but it was only bringing up older ones for me. Much appreciated for sharing those!
