In need of an investment property lender

Does anyone have a lender they would recommend on an investment property purchase. I am looking to do a Sfr ltr. I believe the property will appraise for 50-70k more than purchase price and want To use that equity as part of the down payment.

Would be happy to take a look! If you are buying with built in equity it's best to purchase with a short term loan. This is because you don't have any type of pre-payment penalty to deal with when you go to refinance. (if the objective is to access a some of that equity quickly) @Brock Dowis
