Anyone used Estate Financial out of the Michigan for DSCR loans

Hi BP's -

I am investing in some units for LTR and STR in both Mississipi and Alabama preferably with a DSCR type loan.

Has anyone used Estate Financial? They are relatively new (2020) but have great reviews . They seem very organized and responsive at this point ....

Any comments, thoughts or tips are welcome!
