Modular Home STR Project

Need financing ideas!

Have made many calls, but with little luck.

I've got vacant land and I'm planning to put a tiny off grid modular home on it for STR. I'll need a septic, water cistern, solar system and the house.

Project should be ~$150k or less 

Anyone know who would finance such a project?

All info is appreciated!
