Do lenders consider infinite banking reserves?

This may be a basic question, but I’m considering moving my reserves for my three properties into a whole life insurance policy, eg Infinite banking. When qualifying for conventional loans, do loan officers consider this policy as liquid assets? I would like to utilize this strategy but I also need recognizable reserves to qualify for more properties and don’t want this policy to limit my options. I appreciate the advice.
