Foreign National Investor - Financing?

Hi Everyone! Newbie Investor currently living in NYC but moving back to Ireland in the next few months. I want to invest in a SFR or duplex as a buy & hold rental, and keep building from there. I have a SSN but my current work visa is expiring & I'm having trouble getting financing because I will be a foreign national shortly. I also do have a high credit score in the US if that would make a difference.

Does anyone have any experience in this field that could help me out or direct me toward places willing to lend to foreign nationals? What rates & LTV have foreign nationals experienced in the past? Also for context the property I am hoping to purchase would be somewhere in NE Ohio.

Really appreciate any help or advice you can give!
