Construction Loan for Contractor

Ariel Hoffman
Posted

Hi BP community,

I am helping out a friend who is a GC find financing for an investment property in North Carolina. He works mainly out of Florida, but has recently purchased about an acre and a quarter lot to build a home and sell it (he has another property that he purchased and is currently rehabbing and will be keeping it for himself as a Vaca home). He owns the land outright, and is looking for a construction loan. Would love to be provided with recommendations for construction loan providers or suggestions on other forms of financing.

Thank you,

Ariel

Hey @Ariel Hoffman yep you are going to be looking for a private money lender that can lend on ground up construction here. I know a good one.

Good luck,

Jason
