Hi everyone,

I am relocating to Dublin for a job in September, and have been thinking of investing in an apartment there instead of renting. Would love an opportunity to chat with someone who has some experience investing there.

Best,

Ariel

Thank you for everyone on your replies!

Hi BP Crew,

Would love to get some recommendations on property management companies in Cincinnati, Ohio as I am looking to start my real estate investing journey there. I have recently just finished reading BRRRR investing by David Greene, and so I have a bit of an understanding of what things to look for in a PM, but I would love to gain some insight as to what you guys typically look for when screening a PM for your investment properties?

Looking forward to hearing from everyone.

Best,

Hi BP Community! I am just starting my RE journey, and have decided to partner up with a friend of mine. He lives in the state i'd like to start investing in (Ohio), and so we have decided to partner up and go 50/50 on investing. He will be in charge of most of the things on the ground, and I am tasked with bringing in the capital to purchase and rehab the properties (We plan on doing the BRRRR strategy). We are going 50/50 on expenses and income that related to our properties; We plan on seeing a RE Attorney, but before then I was hoping to get some recommendations of things you may feel are important to include within a partnership agreement, or just in general things I should consider.

Thank you in advance for your comments.

Best,

Ariel Hoffman

@Kevin Romines Thank you!

@Jason Shackleton I appreciate your input, will be sending you a message to connect in a bit!

Hi BP community,

I am helping out a friend who is a GC find financing for an investment property in North Carolina. He works mainly out of Florida, but has recently purchased about an acre and a quarter lot to build a home and sell it (he has another property that he purchased and is currently rehabbing and will be keeping it for himself as a Vaca home). He owns the land outright, and is looking for a construction loan. Would love to be provided with recommendations for construction loan providers or suggestions on other forms of financing.

Thank you,

Ariel

Hi Guys,

I am a newbie who currently lives outside of the US, but I am moving stateside to Florida this summer and looking to get started investing in multi-unit properties (Planning to start w/ house-hacking in south florida, and also invest in central florida as well). Would love to network and speak with different investors who are in this market to gain insight you have gained through your experiences.
