Brrrr Commercial Cash Out Refi

Hey guys

I just bought a mixed use multifamily with cash. Two 2 bedroom units and one storefront.

I was looking to add an additional unit as well as other upgrades.

Ideally, I'd like to cash out most of my money after the upgrades and new appraisal.

What are my options!?!!

Thanks :)

You have lots of financing options, but all of them will be negated if you don't pull permits and do the work in a "workmanlike fashion."  Make sure everything you do is legal and have paperwork to back up the work that was done.  Sounds like a nice property.  Congratulations.
