Financing for Invest Property 11 and on

I am now closing on property #14, which also happens to be mortgaged property #10. I invest in the DFW area, but I have no problem investing in other areas if the deals and financing are good. Can anybody recommend a source for loans 11 and on at reasonable terms? Thank you!

I completely agree with Kyle.

Note, I'm an underwriter at a community bank.

I will say you can easily get 5-7% loans on a 20-year am with a 5 year maturity.

Not to make any hard money lenders mad, BUT I do think the reason they are so popular is their marketing.
