New Investor: Finance Options for 100k rental properties

I am currently a new investor and I am looking for lenders to finance 2 townhomes (rental properties) that I am interested in. I currently have a LLC that I want to put the rental properties underneath. Does anyone have any lender suggestions ? I am also not interested in putting down a 20% downpayment.
