I currently have a duplex that is fully rented out although the duplex is currently financed with a FHA Loan. I'm wanting to purchase another property although at this moment I do not have enough for a 20% to 25% downpayment for a loan through my LLC.

I'm thinking about maybe using Fannie Mae, FHA, Freddie Mac Loan to finance my next property (House-Hack). Although what is the pros and cons of putting another property on your personal credit score?

They have successfully signed the lease and I have received payment from HUD.

I have a section 8 tenant who has taken ownership of the utilities although it seems as if they haven't moved into the unit for close to a month. Is the unit considered vacant?

Awesome story! Very Inspirational. I am currently in the same shoes you were in as senior about to graduate college looking to house hack as a way to get my foot in the door. Any advice or tips regarding what I should do when it comes down to financing ?

@Stephanie P. What would be the typical lowest downpayment percentage for an investor property?

I currently have my eyes set on two properties that I would like to purchase at the same time or atleast within the same month. What would be the best way going about purchasing the properties. My initial thought was to purchase 1 property with a FHA- Loan and live there for a year and the second property with either another FHA-Loan or a conventional loan. Although I do not have the funds to put down a 10% downpayment. I also wanted to know if it was feasible to put 2 properties on one mortgage.

Sorry for the late reply. Thank you and glad to be here.

Has anyone had any experience with rental mortgages with VISIOLending and if so, how was your experience and how would you rate them (1 - 10, 1 being the lowest) and would you recommend them.

@Dana Tenebruso

Thank you for that information. I will definitely connect with you regarding the “numbers” on the properties since your located in greensboro and the properties are located in greensboro. What is the best way to connect ?

Hello @Mitch Messer Thank you for the feedback.
