Bar investment in Idaho

I’m looking for any investor in the Idaho area that does private money lending. I’m looking to purchase a bar in Idaho. It’s an interesting situation, they want $360,000. It doesn’t include the building but comes with everything else. Employees, GM, inventory, seasoned alcohol license and all.
