Foreign national loans for long term buy and hold
What kind of options/rates are available today for a long term buy and hold where a foreigner is the owner of an LLC?
Is it worth to get a loan or cash is the best and only option? (I have seen crazy rates that basically kill deals)
If Cash - after 6 months /12 month a loan with a good rate - is it the best way? Is it possible or not?
Any investor that have experience with it?
