Financing multiple properties
Hello Bigger Pocket Members. I am looking into buying a small portfolio (3 properties) from a local investor for $80k. I have a $20k credit line. This is my first time potentially buying multiple properties at once. Any financial recommendations you have for this deal?

Unless I missed something I don’t see why you couldn’t get a portfolio loan. And I know lenders that are flexible on minimum amounts - but in my market sorry. I would think if you call enough lenders eventually one might take interest.
