Has anyone worked with D2D Financial, LLC for finance their projects? They are a private lender from Phoenix, AZ that uses proprietary bank instrument-based method to lend at super cheap rates (supposedly). If so, what has your experience with them been? Did they deliver what they promised? Just wondering if they're for real
