We are adding a vacation rental in the Orlando area and looking for a loan officer that understands STR financing. Any suggestions?

@Bryce Cutler do you plan to ever stay in the property yourself or will it be purely an investment? If you will visit and stay in it some then you may be able to use a 2nd home loan which would allow you to get low rates as if you were going to live there full time. If it is purely investment then expect to pay higher rates but as far as I know, there is no special financing it is just an investment property loan. I got a guy here in Orlando that does these kinds of loans and he could help you figure out which product would be best.
