Own my home, no job, no tax returns, need HELOC to invest
Purchased house after I was fired, remodeled, I can sell but then I don't have a house to live in. Would just like to to get a HELOC, but no tax returns, house worth $230k, I thought about renting each bedroom but I don't like people! Lol. 5 bed/2 bath

I've known private lenders and HMLs to make loans against your primary residence, when you are using those funds for your next flip. I don't know if that's still available post COVID. It's probably worth checking with some in your market.
