Tips for Going from Conventional to Commercial?

We are out of conventional loans at 26 doors WOOOOO!!! 

It seems a lot easier to make numbers work at 30 year fixed than 20-year arm. Although I suppose at some point the strategy leans towards paying some of these things off is that the general idea? 

How did you manage the change from conventional to commercial loans?
