Getting a home loan while working for my parents
I'm 21 and have been working for the last two years at FedEx Ground full time. I was on the verge of buying my first home (142k) however my hours have been reduced and now I am a part-time worker. My Parents are Investors (We're nothing super big just mom and pop investors) and I've been thinking, If I decide to be an "official" employee of theirs would there be any problems in applying for a loan?
thanks for your reply
