Needing 30-year mortgage on investment properties
Anybody doing only 15% down on 30-year mortgages on investment multi-family (2-4 unit) properties? I'm in Tennessee. Buying in my company's name.

2-4 unit is 25% down for Fannie Mae loans. 15% for single units. On single units though, the interest rate bump you pay between 15% and 20% is drastic.
