Seeking Iowa Tax Accountant

Looking for a tax accountant (planning and tax prep) in Iowa who is expert in real estate. Doesn't matter what part of Iowa; I just want them to know Iowa real estate tax laws. CPA not a requirement either. 

The most important thing is the "real estate professional" designation. Note that I have already researched that designation and I am familiar with it, but I have literally gotten a different answer from every accountant I have talked with regarding what counts and what doesn't count. So I want someone who is very experienced with it.
