I was offered a home to be my first wholesale deal. A pre foreclosure with a deadline of 4/15/2020 or it will be taken and auctioned off. I inquired about a loan and unfortunately long story short I got burned lost all communication and can not get my deposit back. Anyways I still have this home under contract and would like to know what are my options? Private or hard money lenders? Should I JV with and investor? I don't want to miss out as I already got the property for a great price.
