Financing/Refinancing Ideas for 5-6 Properties

What are options for financing our 5 or 6 current properties? Most are on a 30 year mortgage in our names currently. One is due for a cash out refinance, and with the rate drop, is it worth looking at our other mortgages? Are there other products we should be considering?
