Who do you like to use for insurance? Right now I use SelectQuote to help find insurance but I’m wondering who else is out there? We have rentals in AZ, OH and IN.

Insurance premiums have gone through the roof so it’s time to shop.

We have a former tenant from Ohio whom we have a signed cognovit note. She’s moved to Fenton, MO (St. Louis County) and has stopped/ not made payments. We’d love to find a lawyer in either Ohio or Missouri who can help us get a judgement against her to garnish her wages. Any recommendations? The lawyer in Ohio we originally worked with has stopped responding and has no further ideas.

My sitter just sent a message having to cancel tonight. She woke up sick and I struggled to find her. I'll have to back out. If a group still gets together, let me know how it goes!

We will gather together to discuss some real estate investing topics, ask questions, and maybe share our favorite vendors.

We can do it Wednesday, May 4 at 7:30 if anyone is up for it. We got off schedule and then only had one person show up in April. But I’d be up for getting back on schedule which would be the first Wednesday of the month at 7:30.

@David Krulac correct. This isn’t about adding basement sq ft though. The last agent just listed it wrong. We have several proof points on it. And Zillow wants to claim that the zestimate is powerful and important but then won’t actually let us correct any data to let it be correct.
