Is it time to refinance?

With the half percent drop in the Fed rate is it a good time to refinance?

I have a multi-family I purchased just over a year ago with investor cash flow private money loan. We ended up having to go with private money because our LLC only had one year of tax returns so we could not get a conventional loan in LLC name. I didn't want to put loan in my personal name. I did that on another property and it was a PIA to transfer title into LLC name. LLC now has two years of tax returns so is it a good time to refinance?
