30 year loan and paying one extra principal every month

I have a 30 year mortgage , the monthly payment is $2916 at 4.1% the current principal amount is $532.41 I’m sending one extra principal every month additional to the regular payment ,Now the question is How can I pay this home fast without killing my Budget , or if you have a better option please help me thank you!!!!

Depends how frugle you want to be. Personally, I think the better option is to quit trying to pay the property off. Your tenants are already doing that for you now. Use the extra money to reinvest in more real estate.
