Buy and Hold Financing

Hi all,
I have been spending a lot of time learning about how to grow our real estate business. We are buy and hold investors for the most part, with a few wholesale deals mixed in.

I have heard of larger operations who have great deals with local banks. ie. lines of credit, fast approval for new home purchases.

So far we have been purchasing homes in personal names, and our mortgages are personally backed as well.

Should we consider going into a Corp or LLC and approaching financing as a business? What do I need to know?

In short, I am interested in learning how to take our current business model to the next level, and need advice.
