Amortization schedule help needed
Hello!
I hold a small mortgage and the borrower just made a payment to principal.
Now I need to update the amortization schedule but have no idea how to do that without changing the payment amount.
Can anyone help me with this?
TIA! Trish

Depends on how the schedule is being calculated. Are you using excel?
