Thanks Trevor! Really appreciate your feedback!

Thank you Joseph! Either I or my brother Alex will be reaching out!

Hello!

Anyone here have recent experience with Norada? Or have a recommendation for an alternative? Live in Colorado and looking to invest out of state, maybe Florida.

TIA!

Hey everyone! I'm looking

1. Contractor to do a light rehab on a small investment property in the Denver area when tenant moves out 8/1/2021

2. Carpenter and electrician to do some finish work on our house in NE Boulder ASAP

Any recommendations?  TYIA

Hello!

I'm interested in finding turn-key real estate investments in various parts of the country and wondering if anyone here has had any experience with Norada. Positive or negative. The last posting on this was 6 years ago so I'd like to get some fresh insights :-)

Thank you!

I've rented and even had clients rent with a co-signer. While I'm not an attorney, the cosigner is responsible, along with the actual tenant, for the terms of the lease. I always thought it was great insurance. I know that with college student housing, the student usually does not qualify, and the parent(s) typically co-sign to ensure payment of rent.

But, I think you're right, a 3rd floor walk up for an elderly couple may not fly ;-)

That would be awesome!  I do need a full amortization schedule with breakout of principal and interest for each payment so I hope that's not too much trouble.

Principal: $93,469.15; interest rate 4.75%; payment 547.71; 288 payments left.

THANK YOU!!!

No, I don't have an excel spreadsheet. I used an MLS generated amortization schedule which is fine, until you have a reduction in principal! Now I can recalculate but it also recalculates the payment :(

Hello!

I hold a small mortgage and the borrower just made a payment to principal.

Now I need to update the amortization schedule but have no idea how to do that without changing the payment amount.

Can anyone help me with this?

TIA!  Trish

@Kendra Ellis you're an inspiration and a ROCKSTAR! xo
