What happens to 1st, when 2nd and 3rd are being forclosed?
what is nobody bids on the the 2nd or 3rd? Does the lender now own the home? What happens to the first? What is the 1st is a huge loan, can you do a short sale on the first after the 2nd and 3rd forclose?
