A friend just did a portfolio loan with them and had a great experience. I just put in a hard money loan offer with them. Nothing on yelp (they are based in Springfield, MO). Three reviews on google (two positive and one very negative). They are not accredied with BBB and no reviews with them either. It would be great to get feedback from anyone on Bigger Pockets! Please let us know ASAP--or direct message me if you're worried about saying something bad in public! Much thanks!
