How can a private lender report to the credit bureaus?

As a smaller private lender I have often wondered how I can build my borrower’s credit by showing the credit reporting agencies all the original mortgage balances, current mortgage balances, minimum payment amount, and on time payments.

Please help me get started reporting to credit agencies (Equifax, Experian, & TransUnion)🙏🏼
