Websites to Find Private Money

Does any one out there have experience with websites advertising hooking you up with private money lenders. Saw an add for privatemoneygoldmine.com and it glad me wondering if anything about it is legit or if there are other sites that are.

I am starting to run out of my ten conventional loans very quickly so trying to stay ahead of the game and come up with new was to finance deals.

Would appreciate any thoughts.

@Matt Burr Rather than having to do a ton of due diligence on private lenders I would recommend finding a mortgage broker you trust working with who specializes in alternatives to conventional financing. There are programs out there that will fund your deal from wholesale commercial, non qm, business purpose, and portfolio lenders who won't care that you already have 10 mortgages. They'll allow you to vest title in your LLC and if we're talking about 1-4 unit residential properties then 30 year fixed terms will be in the 5% and 6% range depending on a variety of deal-level factors.
