I'm looking at getting a conventional mortgage for an investment property in Gastonia, NC, and the best rate I've seen so far is from Carolina Equity Services. Has anyone in Charlotte, Raleigh, or anywhere else in North Carolina or South Carolina utilized them or have any experience with them?
