Recommendations for a refi lender

My husband and I have a property under our LLC and we'd like to do a cash-out refi, but cannot find a lender that will do this and keep it under our LLCs name. Lenders that we've spoken with have all suggested that we refi under our names and do a quit claim deed to the LLC. Our CPA advised us not to do this. Any recommendations on a lender that will work with us on this? We are in Las Vegas, NV.

What you are needing is a Portfolio Loan in the name of the LLC with you guys signing a personal guarantee. I will PM you a lender in your area that can do this loan for you.

I hope this helps?
