Private money lenders
Hey I’m looking to really start getting into real estate investing. My wife and already have a duplex and a primary residence but would like to start purchasing more rental properties in the Logan Utah area. How do you find private money/hard money lenders? Besides family I’m curious what suggestions you have.

@Ethan Teuscher start attending your local REIA groups. I attend the Salt lake ones, and have gotten numbers from local hard money lenders that I have borrowed from for several homes I flipped. I like using local hard money lenders. Attend your local REIA meetings.
