FHA Loan Road Block
I‘ve hIt a road block.
I have 2 FHA loans currently. One on a duplex I bought in 2014 the other on a house I just bought to AirBnb and live in. I would like to buy a fourplex that is on the market currently, however, I am being told that I will not be able to use FHA. (Which means much more money down)
Any ideas of a way to get around this?
