Who has recommendations for good and trustworthy HML?

Anybody have experience with Lima one capital or know if they'll lend to individual's or just LLC's?

Anyone have experience with Lending One? Loans to individuals or just LLC's?

Interested in both short term fix and flip and long term (15-30 year rental) loans.

Both Lima One and Lending One are great. Most if not all HMLs will require an LLC or corporation since it is a commercial loan and not a consumer loan to an individual.
