Not payed late fees on mortgage
Hi - If a borrower hasn't paid their late fee due 2 months ago - what can you do?

Many times I have let go on couple of hundread or few hundread dollars; over stress, loss of time, bad feeling from end borrower.
Like @Jeff S. also mentioned; we play by situations. If it plays well in long run; we let go on late fees. Would sending letters and taking to court would take time away from your business? It is worth time vs reward in long term perspective?
We look into the situation case-by-case basis and decide. It is good to put long term in perspective.
