I think that depends on the type of property and your plan. I refinanced a mobile home that the bank wouldnt touch. They were pretty easy to work with.

I have never heard of him , but 100% financing  - Id question that! I worked with Birchwoodloans.com - they were pretty easy to work with and also were a private lender, so I didnt have to pay any broker fees which was fantastic!

Again, this had nothing to do with a deceptive ad. I have read regulations about putting yourself out to the public without being a mortgage broker. I see that you do not feel this way.

The question I asked above. As a lender, are you allowed to advertise looking for borrowers? I am not a lender.

Is a private lender who is using his own funds to fund loans, allowed to advertise himself to the publice - only doing commercial loans? Anybody have insight on this?
