Payback for investors
I have an investor who has agreed to help fund the buying of rental properties. We are trying to figure out how to structure the payback. Any suggestions?

@Ryan Baker I see it is your first post welcome to BP. The money partner can be a lender or an owner of the property.
If the partner is a lender just work out terms agreeable to both. This is the simplest way to do it.
If the money guy is going to be an owner of the property or the company that owns the property, you have a lot of ways to compensate him or her. They can be paid part of the cash flow, they can get paid on the back end or a combination of both.
It comes down to a negotiation fo what works for the needs of both of you.
