Thank you Ned, we have partnered on some flips, and that was easy to pay back. Just trying to figure out how to pay him on the rentals. He is only an investor, and wants to do nothing more then collect a return. When we flipped, his money was of course payed back plus his interest. In rentals though is money would be tied up longer.

I have an investor who has agreed to help fund the buying of rental properties.  We are trying to figure out how to structure the payback.  Any suggestions?
