I’m trying to grow my list of investors who need funding for their fix and flip projects. Any cost effective ideas?

@Andrew Bang, RE as I am sure you know, always has to start with the sincerity of wanting to establish long lasting relationships with like minded people. So in my humble opinion the most cost effective way is to try to establish relationships with the folks you seek by adding value to what would interest them ($ for their projects)! Write a blog that gives insight or give something to them first before asking them for something! You have to know your target audience to be effective in this area. I know this seems like common sense but most of the time it is the simplest solutions to problems that work the best. Best of luck to you in finding what you seek. Here is to wishing you nothing but success in your 2019 REI ventures!
