Obtaining a Heloc loan with Rental

Does anyone have a recommendation for establishments that will open a Heloc on a rental. I have checked with a few places and they are only doing Heloc on the primary occupied residence. We are not in a rush , just trying to be prepared for the future.

Thanks in advance.

@Jessica Kirby I would certainly post this in the Virginia forum (if that's the state the property is located in).  Receiving a Line of Credit on an investment property is pretty difficult so you would likely have to find a smaller, local bank to do it.  I think there is one national lender PennFed, but I have not personally worked with them nor interviewed them but I bet some other investors in your area have worked with some banks that do this.  Try posting there to see what response you get.  Good luck!
